I think I am Losing My Mind

This is where I found the sour cream this morning. You'll notice that it's not exactly put away in the refrigerator as it should be. In fact, it is not anywhere remotely close to the refrigerator.

It happens to be placed directly above where I was preparing dinner last night. I don't remember doing this. I don't remember even touching the sour cream after I used it last night. If hard pressed I'd tell you I didn't touch the sour cream. I would even tell you that with 99% certainty that I did not touch the sour cream.

Except. Except that would be lying.

It is true that I do not remember touching the sour cream last night. But, (and this is where the whole losing my mind thing comes in) I am the only one who cleans up dinner, ever.

So, while I am 99% certain I did not touch that sour cream after dinner last night, I am 100% certain I put it away in the cupboard.

(Let's just pretend this is my way of helping the economy. One premature sour cream purchase at a time!)

ha ha ha ha!! I did the same thing with my daughter's milk a few days ago. Was I drunk or just forgetful?

I am always doing this sort of thing! I think I need an MRI, because I wonder about my head sometimes.

I find things in the strangest places every now and then! Usually at my house "nobody" did it!

LOL..I suffer from the same affliction...and it's hard to deny doing it when you are the only putting things away...I catch myself in that one all the time...

I hate it when that happens!

Um, I put the milk in the freezer and Ice in the fridge. Luckily the hubby found it before it turned into a mess. When you are side tracked its easy to do stuff like that.

This is a common occurance in a Super Mom's life. You see they are going too fast and the human brain cannot keep up. There will be a small short out when life is being performed at super speeds. At least you didn't put the kids outside and tuck the dogs in!

I wonder what is in the refrigerator?

Love,
Nana

I hate when that happens, but honestly, what's going to happen to the sour cream overnight? Is it going to turn sour-er?

I say you've just invented a new way of doing awful things to milk to make something delicious. Wisconsin will thank you!

Not crazy, just scatterbrained. If you were crazy, you'd believe that the Sour Cream was an idol, and that all those who sought after the destruction of sour cream must be brought to justice...of course those would be time, bacteria, and the slowness of the delivery trucks that brought the sour cream to market.

You're not crazy, just forgetful.
