Relations

While watching my son climb the "pole" in our living room...
me: Wow he has a lot of muscle

Bob: Yes, he may be the only body builder in Kindergarten.

me: It looks like he got those Carrigan genes.

Bob: We aren't related to the Carrigans like that.
Hysterical laughter.

Because sometimes I admit I'm just stupid.

He doesn't appear to have gained his tone from Keg-Pack Daddio.
(I swear we are not training for the circus although I do see how that could be the only logical conclusion drawn from this photo.)

But rather the Carrigan that owns this boat:

(Believe me...he is as hot as you imagine!)

I wonder if your son can teach my daughter that trick? She can't climb a rope to save her soul ~ takes after her Mom really.
Inquiring minds what to know why you have a pole in your living room ... aren't they supposed to be in the bedroom? ;0
Thanks for stopping by!

How cool are you? You seriously have a pole in your living room? We had one in the bedroom but when my husband would vacuum the cord would get wrapped around it.

Honey - why the stripper pole? What's going on over there we haven't heard about yet??

Seriously what is the pole for??

Is he really five and climbing it? If so I'm impressed.

Is the pole one of those unfinished projects that husbands like ours have? Is it supposed to be enclosed?

But it does make for some great conversation and late night entertainment, doesn't it?! Meow...

I'm going to do a follow up regarding the pole. I can't believe I have never told the Internet about my pole.

Maybe I missed this in a previous post but what's with the pole in your house? do you live in an old fire house? Like how the Ghostbusters had their business in one? ;)

Okay, how is a circus the only logical conclusion?

The logical conclusion is that now that you have some free time on your hands, you are pursuing a new career... in entertainment.

You totally didn't do C25K, did you? You did stripper aerobics with the pole in your living room. ;)

Kandace said...

Mrs R, Yes, I guess I made the wrong conclusion.

Carol, Now that I'll be SAHM we are totally rocking the GYM!

Tali, You totally know me. It was stripper aerobics BABY!

Well, contrary to most people's conclusions I see that and think $$$$. I bet you could sell him to the chinese circus and make some serious money. Its worth a try. Ok, maybe not but that's what we tell our kids when they climb shelves, cupboards...poles.
